Article 22. The provisions of Articles 18 and 20 shall apply accordingly to the preceding Article.
Article 23. An approval under Article 13 paragraph 1 shall be established with the issuance of a new type certificate.
(Submission, etc. of Airworthiness Certificate)
Article 23-(2). Any user of an aircraft shall, when the validity of the airworthiness certificate for the aircraft has been suspended in accordance with the provisions of Article 14-(2) of the Law, immediately submit the airworthiness certificate for the aircraft to the Minister of Transport.
2. Any user of an aircraft shall, when the duration of airworthiness certificate for the aircraft has been curtailed or the designated matters have been altered in accordance with the provisions of Article 14-(2) of the Law, immediately present the said airworthiness certificate or designation for operating limitations issued under the provisions of Article 13 to the Minister of Transport.
(Inspection of Repair Station)
Article 24. The repair or alteration for which inspection is required under Article 16 paragraph 1 of the Law shall be a major repair and alteration (as for a glider, major repair and major alteration) in accordance with the classification as listed in the following table:
